Miller, SE
Ms.
Miller has sixteen years of structural engineering experience and is
currently a partner at Arches Engineering. Previously
employed by architectural
firms, structural
engineering firms, and contractors, she has engineered schools, hospitals,
municipal buildings, commercial
buildings, residential buildings, and curtain walls.
Ruth has managed all phases of engineering,
from design
development to construction adminstration.
Her projects have included new buildings, remodels, seismic retrofits
and modernizations. She performed
numerous structural investigations for
insurance claims and as part of an expert witness team.
